Specialist Women's Health physiotherapy can assess, diagnose and treat any conditions that are specific to women throughout their lives. From menstruation, pregnancy, post-natal, peri-menopausal, menopausal and 4th age. Including pelvic pain syndromes, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominus and new mum checks.

Tina qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 having studied at Kings College London University. She has worked extensively both in the UK, for the NHS and in private practice, and also abroad, having spent several skiing seasons as a Head Physiotherapist in Val D’Isere, France.

Tina has extensive experience in the treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders, and has a particular interest in the use of acupuncture.

After having 2 children, Tina was keen to promote Women’s Health physiotherapy in the area, to help as many women as possible, with a variety of Women’s Health conditions and she has since completed post-graduate training within this area. Within the pelvic health caseload, she treats anything from pelvic pain, to urinary dysfunction and prolapses. She also sees clients anti-natally and post-natally, and has links with several of the fitness instructors and pilates trainers in the area.

She is based at both the Brighton & Hove clinics.
